We’re excited to make dental care accessible and affordable for all! Our In-House Membership Plan offers fantastic savings on routine cleanings, exams, imaging, and all other services – no insurance required! We have a special plan to suit your family and cleaning needs.
Plan 1: Basic Membership
Annual Fee: $99
Benefits:
o 20% off all office UCR fees
Additional Family Member: $50
o Up to 4 members per family can be added (each additional family member will pay $50)
Plan 2: Comprehensive Membership
Annual Fee: $249
Benefits:
o 2 Exams per year
o 2 Sets of X-rays per year
o 2 Adult Prophylaxis Cleanings per year (in absence of periodontal disease)
o 20% off all office UCR fees
o This plan is only for individual patients.
Examples: 6-month Periodic Exam and X-rays (regular price $152.00) OR Emergency Exam and 1PA
(regular price: $80.00) for $0.00
Adult Prophy: $95.00 – 20% discount = $76.00
PFM Crown: $1,050.00 – 20% discount = $840.00
Build-Up: $249.00 – 20% discount = $199.20
